It came in good condition, fast and looks like a tough structure. I always put it on the bottom, lay down a few minutes with the back-height section, put a cushion on my neck and it's appreciated. I think it does me good. Sometimes I also use it as A backup. What I still can't do is find the position for my neck that I think I could use as well because I have painted vertebrae. In principle, each values in your case and consult with your doctor, physiotherapist. Personally, miracles obviously do not, it is a matter of continued use and running our positions with conscience. It seems to Me to be a useful and good quality tool for the price you have, to have it at home and to use it regularly.

i have a foam roller which i have been using to release my back but there is still discomfort in my back and i feel like i need to stretch it. this back stretcher has been amazing in relieving tension and i love the 3 levels it allows you to choose from. i use the highest arching level and has helped tremendously with my lower back pain which i would otherwise not be able to stretch out or get to with say my foam roller. stretching is very important in maintaining health and i would recommend this to anyone not just people who experience back issues.

My husband and kids have been complaining of lower back stiffness and pain. Stretching out their lumbar areas with this item gave them quick relief. The bend of the back stretcher can be adjusted from a mild arch to a pretty deep one (3 settings). It was easy to set up. The included instructions & images made set up very self explanatory/simple. I was able to try it within five minutes out of the box. I started on the lowest bend setting - it created a nice low key stretch that felt better and better the longer I relaxed into it.

The spine/lumbar cushion area that runs along the center of the arch had enough give for comfort, but maintained the arch bend with the whole structure. The plastic feels very sturdy, but I was able to bend the arch into position pretty easily. It is small enough to store flat or slip under a couch (my kids like to stretch out on the living room floor).

I haven’t tried another back stretcher device similar to this, so I cannot compare it to other brands etc. but the bumps along the sides and the softer bumps along the spine cushion were actually comfortable and seemed to hit the right areas in my muscles. I am overall very happy with the purchase!

This is a great product I use one for the floor to relax and stretch my back, and the other behind my back in my chair. versatile and light weight . You can easily travel with one too.

Been having back problems for years. Just in a short time I’ve had this product it has helped me considerably.

I have a chronic back pain that I have been living with for a good 20 or so years. It has always been my daily routine to do what I could to alleviate the pain. This is something that Id never tried, and it not only relieves my back pain, but it appears to be correcting my posture. Id think they go hand in hand. The better your posture is, less pain you would have.
The silicone pad in the center is a great element which helps me position myself properly, and also stimulates my spine instead of having just an opening. I plan to keep using it regularly.

I was totally skeptical but this thing works. I have been seeing a chiropractor for years for adjustments. Every time I feel back soreness or tightness, I lay on this thing for 5 minutes. It is incredible how much it helps, and I feel much better.

I've been having sciatic issues and could not wait to get this in the mail. The first level I felt a stretch, but after 2 minutes I no longer felt a stretch so went to level 2 and wow. Its so amazing how much of a good stretch you get with this. I had to very slow lay back on it. It took a few days before I could even begin to think about trying level 3. Level 3 took me some time to lay on it. A large stretch. This has helped my back so much and my sciatica. I had so many people try this out for themselves and everyone has loved this and was shocked at how much something so small and simple can help. An awesome invention!
