What to Include in Your Notice
To help our team review your concern efficiently, please include as much of the following information as possible:
- The HighPeak product URL related to your concern
- Your full name, company name, and contact email address
- The intellectual property right you believe is being infringed
- Proof that you own the rights or are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner
- A clear description of the allegedly infringing material
- The action you are requesting from HighPeak
- Your electronic signature
HighPeak Marketplace Review Process
HighPeak operates as an online marketplace and product discovery platform. Product listings may include content, specifications, images, descriptions, or product information provided by suppliers, vendors, brand partners, distributors, manufacturers, or other third-party sources.
When a rights owner or authorized representative submits a valid concern, HighPeak reviews the notice in good faith and may remove, edit, restrict, disable, or request additional documentation for a listing when appropriate.
