Answers vary by model and version. Some instructions may be different for different projectors.

How Can I Screen Mirror My Phone?📲

1. Check Your Projector's Compatibility

  • Determine whether your projector supports wireless screen mirroring (e.g., via Wi-Fi) or requires a wired connection (HDMI, USB-C, or adapter).

2. Wireless Screen Mirroring Setup (if supported)

For Android Devices:

  1. Ensure both your phone and projector are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  2. On your phone, go to Settings > Connections > Screen Mirroring (or Cast).
  3. Select your projector from the list of available devices.
  4. Your phone’s screen should now appear on the projector.

For iPhones:

  1. Ensure both your phone and projector are on the same Wi-Fi network.
  2. Swipe down from the top-right corner of your iPhone to open Control Center.
  3. Tap Screen Mirroring and select your projector from the list.
  4. Your iPhone’s screen should now appear on the projector.

3. Wired Connection Setup (if required)

Using an HDMI Cable and Adapter:

  1. Connect an HDMI cable to the projector.
  2. Use a phone-specific adapter (e.g., Lightning-to-HDMI for iPhones or USB-C-to-HDMI for Androids) to connect your phone to the HDMI cable.
  3. Switch the projector’s input to HDMI.
  4. Your phone’s screen will display on the projector.

Using a USB-C or USB Connection:

  1. Connect your phone to the projector using a compatible USB-C or USB cable.
  2. Switch the projector’s input to the corresponding USB port.
  3. Follow any on-screen instructions to enable screen sharing.

4. Troubleshooting Tips

  • Ensure your projector and phone have the latest firmware or software updates.
  • Restart both devices if they don’t connect properly.
  • For streaming services like Netflix, use a streaming device (e.g., Firestick) to avoid potential copyright restrictions during mirroring.

How Can I Make The Quality Better?🌟

1. Adjust the Focus

  • Locate the focus wheel or lever on your projector.
  • Slowly adjust it while observing the screen until the image becomes sharp and clear. When the distance from the surface chages, the focus wheel must be adjusted.

2. Optimize the Distance

  • Place the projector at the recommended distance from the screen or wall.
  • Too far or too close can cause blurriness or distortion. Fix the focus wheel when moved.

3. Use a Quality Projection Surface

  • For the best results, project onto a smooth, white surface or a proper projection screen. However, it should be clear with most colored and textured walls.

4. Adjust the Keystone Settings

  • Use the keystone correction feature (if available) to straighten the image and prevent distortion.
  • This ensures the screen is perfectly rectangular, even if the projector is at an angle.

5. Control the Lighting

  • Use the projector in a dark or dimly lit room to enhance brightness and contrast.
  • Eliminate ambient light sources that may wash out the image.

6. Check the Resolution Settings

  • Ensure the input source (e.g., laptop, streaming device, phone) is set to a resolution that matches the projector’s capabilities (e.g., 1080p for HD projectors).
  • Higher-resolution content will appear clearer and more detailed.

7. Clean the Lens

  • Gently clean the projector lens with a soft microfiber cloth to remove dust or smudges that could blur the image.

8. Upgrade Cables or Adapters

  • If using an HDMI or other connection, ensure you’re using high-quality, certified cables to prevent signal loss or reduced image quality.

9. Fine-Tune Picture Settings

  • Access the projector’s menu settings and adjust brightness, contrast, sharpness, and color temperature to your preference.

10. Ensure Proper Ventilation

  • Overheating can reduce image performance. Make sure the projector has adequate airflow and isn’t blocked by objects.

Mine Won't Turn On, Why?🤨

If your projector is not powering on or projecting correctly, one common issue can be the power adapter not meeting the necessary requirements.

Please check the power adapter you are using and confirm if it meets the required output of 20W? The adapter should support one of the following specifications:
    •    5V3A
    •    9V3A
    •    12V2A
    •    12V2.5A
If the adapter does not meet these specifications, using a compatible one should resolve the issue.
