Rust Converter Gel

It is a gel-like paint that chemically bonds with rust to create a protective layer.
My challenge is the resistance to high temperatures.

First tried this product 18 months ago underneath my car on stabilizer bar which had surface flaky rust, after wire brushing and cleaning i applied this product and 18 months later stabilizer bar is still solid with no more rust appearing, another part now requires the same attention, unfortunately half of the remaining product in the secured tub did not last and dried out so i'm purchasing another. The product is a good price and a useful size compared to tetroseal oilwax which only comes in a 5 litre can for brushing on, so a lot of waste unless you have many components to treat.
