🗓 Standard Returns

  • You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
  • Items can be returned if they’re in their original condition
  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is delivered and inspected.

📦 General Return Shipping Policy

  • US Customers: Return labels are provided for items $15-$100 and under 22 lbs (10 kg) and not on sale. A small restock fee will apply depending on item size.
  • Oversized or high-value items (above $100 or 22 lbs/10 kg): customer covers return shipping unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • International Customers: Customers cover return shipping. BUT — you’ll always have access to flexible HighPeak Refunds+ options that can help you skip return shipping altogether. As well as the return shipping cost refunded in HighPeak credit.

With Refunds+, you’ll never be stuck with a single “take it or leave it” option. Instead, you can choose the path that gives you the most value:

  • Full Refund w/ Return
    Send it back, get your money back. Simple as that.
  • 🚀 Upgrade Your Refund
    Turn your refund into extra HighPeak credit — for example, a $50 refund could become $75 in HighPeak credit. More buying power for your next adventure.
  • 🎁 Keep It & Cash Back Combo
    Keep your item and still get a mix of a partial refund + bonus store credit. Perfect if you like some features but want to try something new too.
  • Surprise Credit Boosts
    Sometimes, our team may add unexpected bonus credit — just to make your day.

👉 Exact offers/options vary by product, order, and situation. Our support team will always work with you to offer the most valuable, flexible solution available.


🏷 Sale Items

  • Sale items can still be returned within our 30-day window, but for now a prepaid return label will not be provided.
  • This means customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping on sale items.
  • To make it easier, you can always choose one of our HighPeak Refunds+ options (like bonus credit or keep-it combos) instead of sending it back.

Why? Sale prices are already heavily discounted, so this policy helps us keep offering amazing deals while still giving you flexible resolution choices.


🛋 High-Value & Oversized Products

For furniture, appliances, or items over $500 USD / 22 lbs (10 kg):

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • restocking fee applies — but it can be refunded back to you as HighPeak credit for even more value.
  • Some bulky or custom-made items are final sale. But don’t worry — if something goes wrong, we’ll always work with you for a fair, happy resolution.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products can’t be returned for safety or hygiene reasons:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care, hygiene, toilet and bedding products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • Digital/downloadable goods
  • Clearance/final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Media-based streaming devices (e.g., FlixStick)
  • Gaming consoles, mats or devices that include pre-loaded/digital games (once activated, played, or accessed).

🎉 Seasonal & Holiday Items

Seasonal items (like Halloween décor, costumes, Christmas lights, Valentine’s gifts, etc.) bring the HighPeak spirit to life — but because they’re tied to specific moments in time, they follow special return rules to keep things fair for everyone.

  • Return Requests:
    Seasonal or holiday products are only eligible for return if a request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery and the item remains unopened and unused.
    This ensures the return is genuine and not post-season use.
  • After-Holiday Policy:
    Once the associated holiday has passed (for example, after October 25th for Halloween, December 20th for Christmas, etc.), all sales are final for those seasonal items.
  • Used or Opened Items:
    Costumes, décor, or accessories that have been worn, displayed, or opened from their original packaging are not eligible for return.
  • HighPeak Refunds+ Options:
    Even if your item doesn’t qualify for a standard return, you can still choose one of our HighPeak Refunds+ paths — like partial cash-back, bonus credit, or keep-it-and-credit combos — so you never leave empty-handed.

🔒 Cancellations & Cancellation Fees

We’re happy to accommodate cancellations whenever possible—but eligibility depends on where your order is in the process.

Same-Day Cancellations (No Fee)
If you request a cancellation on the same calendar day your order was placed and it hasn’t begun processing or production, we can typically cancel it at no cost. In rare cases, a small (up to 5%) non-refundable payment processing fee may still apply though very rare.

Orders in Production or Processing
If your order has already entered processing or production—especially made-to-order or custom items—a cancellation fee of up to 20% may apply. This covers costs already incurred by our manufacturing partners.

Orders Already Shipped
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Most remain eligible for return after delivery under our standard return policy.

Why Cancellation Fees Exist
Many of our partners begin preparing or building items within hours of the order being placed. If canceled after this point, they may not be able to recoup those costs. Cancellation fees help offset these losses and keep pricing fair across the marketplace.
