Refund Policy
Since August 28th, 2024, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or return & refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@highpeakco.com. We'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and received the return steps will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We accept returns on sale items but a return label will not be provided meaning it's the customer's responsibility to return it via the carrier of their choice and fund the return.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards.
Cancellations:
All orders are automatically finalized and processed to be shipped 5 minutes after the order is placed. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 5 minutes after purchasing. If it's been more than 5 minutes, then the order cannot be cancelled as the fulfillment process has commenced.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a free separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once received you will be refunded to your original form of payment. You can always reach out via email for updates as well!
Fees
You will NOT be charged any fees to issue a return.
