It's quite good and will certainly make a great gift bringing back lots of memories to the person receiving it (after i've filled it with photos).

Fyi the photos folder must be called pictures.

Photos need to be adjusted in size and format etc due to the 480x480 pixel display.

Videos seemed easier to handle, assuming you are able to convert to mp4 (which is detailed in the provided printed support sheet).

All in all a great gift, just a bit fiddly to setup the first time.

Good quality product, try to connect it to a USB 3.0 port otherwise it won't recognize it as a storage device when you try to use the cable and transfer files. However, what I don't know is how I can upload the images and have them displayed. I have uploaded some within the video folder in JPG format but they don't appear.

Everything is fine, fast delivery, works perfectly.

If you have a good video, edit it at 480x480. I used Premiere Pro, so there's no need to install the program mentioned there.

Solidly delivered and everything seems to be in line with expectations. Fingers crossed they hold up as christmas gifts for the family. Worth noting that they only have a battery life of 2-4h which i didn’t realise.

This is must have product it is very good very convenient for gifts and you can put video and pictures to be played. It is really easy to understand how it works and i had excellent communication with the store. I recommend this product

Good product, just a shame that you definitely need a computer to play videos on it. Nowadays, I would have found it better with an app... but otherwise everything is fine.
