use this most nights now after work my back been hurting for a while and this helps a lot with that the heat feels good right away and i like that you can pick different spots to turn on sometimes i just do the lower part other times the whole thing it dont take up much room either folds up easy and light to move around i was thinking it wouldnt be strong enough but its actually better than i thought for the price
