Everything You Need to Know at a Glance
Shipping & Tracking
When will my order ship? Your order will ship out within 1 business day of being placed! Once it's shipped, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey right to your door.
How long does delivery take? Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. We ship from multiple warehouses using trusted carriers like USPS, Canada Post, LaserShip, Evri, and other region-specific partners depending on your location.
Where is my tracking number? Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder—or reach out and we’ll resend it!
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it—what should I do? Oh no! Double check your mailbox, porch, and with neighbors. Still no luck? Contact us at support@highpeakco.com and we’ll jump in to help. You can also speed up the process by contacting the carrier yourself, as you know specific delivery details or requirements for your residence.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We proudly ship worldwide and love seeing HighPeak items reach all corners of the globe!
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
How do I start a return? You can submit a return request anytime via our portal: Start a Return or just email us directly at support@highpeakco.com—we’ll take care of the rest!
I changed my mind—can I cancel my order? You have 5 minutes after purchase to cancel, as orders move into fulfillment immediately after that. If you missed the window, don’t worry—you can still return it once it arrives.
Are there any fees to return? No restocking fees or surprise deductions—you’ll get 100% of your purchase price back! For items purchased on sale, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels.
How long does it take to get a refund? Refunds are issued within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The time it takes to show in your account varies by financial institution, however it is usually between 2–5 days. You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as it’s processed!
I accidentally filed a chargeback—what do I do? Please email us ASAP at support@highpeakco.com. We can’t issue any refunds while a dispute is open, but we’re happy to help once it’s closed. We are always ready to help our customers with any issues directly.
Projector FAQs
Why won’t certain streaming apps play when I screen mirror? This is due to DRM (Digital Rights Management) restrictions set by apps like Netflix and Hulu. This affects all devices, even Smart TVs—it's not a projector flaw.

Solution: Use an HDMI connection from your laptop or a streaming stick (like our FlixStick) to bypass the restriction.
Can I connect my phone, game console, or laptop? Yes! All of our projectors support HDMI connections, making it easy to plug in laptops, game consoles, and phones.
How do I mirror my phone screen? All projector models except the Lite support wireless screen mirroring!
Prefer a wired connection? Use an HDMI-to-phone adapter (works for iPhone or Android).

My remote isn’t working—how do I fix it? ✔ Make sure the batteries are fresh
✔ Point it at the back of the projector (where the sensor is)
✔ Ensure the projector is powered on

Can I upgrade my projector after ordering? Yes! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can upgrade your projector. Choose your new model here: Upgrade Options and we’ll walk you through it!
Orders & Product Info
I entered the wrong address—can I change it? Email your correct address to support@highpeakco.com right away! If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll fix it in time. If it’s already in transit, we’ll do our best to reroute it.
I left the wrong email address—can I update it to get tracking updates? Yes! Just email us with your name, order number, and correct email—we’ll update it manually so you don’t miss any future updates!
Do you sell replacements for lost parts/remotes? We do! You can find everything you need (remotes, cords, accessories, etc.) in our Accessories Collection.
Payments & Discounts
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm. You can choose the option that works best for you at checkout!
Do you offer gift cards or store credit? Yes! You can purchase gift cards directly on our site. If you ever prefer store credit instead of a refund, we’re happy to help—and sometimes we even offer bonus credit as a thank-you!
I used a discount code but it didn’t apply—what now? No worries! Just email us at support@highpeakco.com within 5 hours of your order. While we can’t apply codes retroactively, we’ll send you store credit for the missed amount so you’re never left out of a deal!
Do you offer student/military/medical discounts? Not at the moment—but we run storewide seasonal promos that anyone can use! We deeply appreciate the service of all frontline workers and hope to support more groups in the future.
Product Care & Use
Where can I find care instructions? Most of our products include individual care tips right on their product pages! If something’s missing or unclear, just shoot us a message—we’re happy to send over the best way to keep your item in perfect shape.
Where can I find the instruction manual? We include manuals with most shipments, but if it’s missing or you prefer digital versions, just email support@highpeakco.com and we’ll send you a PDF right away. Fast and easy!
