1. Sponsor
This promotion (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by HighPeak LLC (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.

3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on [Start Date] and ends on February 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST (“Entry Period”).
4. How to Enter
Free Entry
Participants may receive one (1) free entry by adding the designated free entry option to their cart and completing checkout.
Limit one (1) free entry per person during the Giveaway.
Optional Bonus Entries
Participants may obtain additional optional bonus entries by purchasing entry variants offered on the Giveaway product page. Purchase is not required to enter or win.
Free and paid entries are treated equally in the random drawing.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the product listed on the Giveaway page (the “Prize”).
Approximate retail value (ARV) is disclosed on the product page.
The Prize is awarded as-is. No substitution or transfer permitted.
6. Winner Selection & Announcement
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Entry Period ends.
The winner will be announced publicly on the HighPeak Winners Page on March 2, 2026.
The selected winner will also be contacted via the email address provided at checkout. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Shipping
The Prize will be shipped to the address provided by the winner after confirmation. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
8. Refund Policy
All entries are non-refundable once the Giveaway has ended.
Entries may be refunded upon request up until February 27, 2026, prior to the close of the Entry Period.
After the Giveaway has ended and the winner has been selected, no refunds will be issued, including for participants who do not win.
9. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used to administer the Giveaway, contact the winner, and provide updates related to HighPeak promotions.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
13. Governing Law
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Sponsor operates.
